1. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Orders with a goods value < €60.00 net
must always be picked up in the showroom
in Ostend.
An order with a goods value of €150.00 net
is always delivered carriage paid,
an order > €150.00 net is allways increased
by €9.50 net shipping costs.
Other conditions apply abroad.
If the weight > 30kg, other conditions apply.
Wholesalers always pay transportcosts.
The goods (such as seats, furniture,…)
delivered by Vereecke Cosmetics
are installed only on the ground floor.
The delivery times are communicated without
commitment.
No delay gives rise to compensation.
2. DATE
Each sale is subject to availability of
the goods and we do not guarantee shipment
on a fixed date, any date we state is given
by way of information only and cannot
give rise to any right to compensation
or cancellation of exceeding.
3. DELIVERY
If an item from your order is not in stock,
we kindly ask you to order the missing part
again with your next order.
4.A. GUARANTEE ON INVESTMENT GOODS
Two-year parts and labor warranty; except
for parts subject to normal wear and tear,
such as lamps, electrodes, cords, cables,
ball bearings,coals and the like.
The invoice serves as proof of guarantee
and must be presented in the event of a
claim.
Transport costs are not covered by
warranty and will always be calculated.
The warranty expires if investment goods
were not purchased directly from us or
were not maintained as described in the
enclosed operating instructions.
The guarantee excludes any liability that
exceeds the free repair of the delivered
goods.
Any repair not collected within 3 months
will be considered as left behind and
Vereecke Cosmetics will be able to dispose
of it freely.
An advance on an unrepaired device cannot
be claimed back, as it concerns a minimum
for the disassembly and inspection of the
device.
4.B. GUARANTEE PRODUCTS
Products are only guaranteed in sofar as
the expiry date stated on the packaging
has not been exceeded. It is well known
that cosmetic products can cause
allergic reactions when used.
The buyer undertakes to inform the end
consumer of this in the event of resale and,
if necessary, to have the product
first tested on a small area of the skin.
The end user should be informed of any
problems caused by the simultaneous use of
several brands.
The guarantee excludes any liability
that exceeds the free replacement of the
product.
5. COMPLAINTS
Complaints that are not reported to us
WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY will no
longer be accepted.Transport damage must be
reported immediately to the transport company
that delivered the goods to you and to us.
6. PAYMENT
Payments are always net in cash, unless
agreed otherwise in writing.
If deliveries are not paid according to
the agreed payment conditions, an interest
of 1% per month will be calculated
automatically and without further notice
of default on the invoice amount.
In addition, any delay in payment,
by operation of law and without the need
to send a reminder, will result in an
increase of the bill by 10% + a 10% penalty
with a minimum of €75.00 and a maximum of
€750.00 euros, by way of compensation,
as well as the costs of collection,
both judicial and extrajudicial.
When ordering investment goods, an advance
of 30% is always paid.
In case of unilateral cancellation by the
customer,it cannot be reclaimed.
7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
Ownership of goods: all goods remain the
property of Vereecke Cosmetics until the
full sales price, stated on the invoice,
has been paid.
Prepaid courses cannot be claimed back.
In the event that the agreement is
unilaterally terminated by the customer,
Vereecke Cosmetics will owe a fixed
compensation amounting to 30%, subject
to the right of Vereecke Cosmetics to claim
greater compensation if it provides
evidence of a greater scope of damage.
If the buyer does not collect the goods
within 15 days after the date communicated
to him, he is deemed to have unilaterally
terminated the agreement.
8. DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, only the Courts
of Ostend are competent.
Only Belgian law will apply.
